I am a lifelong naturist and now live the life, with my wife Rita, as co-owners of Eden Naturally Naturist Bed and Breakfast (www.edennaturally.co.uk) here in the beautiful Rossendale Valley, 16 miles north of central Manchester
I first learned massage during the seventies as part of an overall holistic package which should have included accupuncture and naturapathy. however, massage had some miracle results that I simply had not expected. I originally saw massage as an 'add-on' to the real healing, but whilst practicing I soon discovered that massage went far beyond merely relaxing the muscles. the form of massage I learnt included some deep tissue work that was not commonly associated with simple relaxation. my situation at the time prevented me from completing all the elements I had planned to do, but I did pursue massage as a relaxing and therapeutic exercise for me and my friends and family and have continued to do so ever since. somehow, actually working as a masseur didn't happen until very recently. I was reluctant to carry on working in an office so, I decided to go back to being a massage therapist.
the skills I have learned over 30 years have helped some people realise that they do not have to live with pain, and, that massage, can carry massive benefits for health and painfree living.
